As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will leave no stone unturned in your quest to recruit experienced candidates for a company that values its employees and is changing the game of drug discovery. You’ll report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and will promote the department’s mission to recruit and hire top talent while offering candidates and internal hiring managers a great experience along the way.

Seek. We want people who will relentlessly recruit high achievers. You’ll employ creative and effective methods for recruiting the top individuals in their respective fields and then ensure successful conversion from prospect to active candidate to hire.  

Talk. We want people who like to strike up conversations. You’ll speak with candidates from across multiple disciplines, engage with them on many levels, learn about their experiences and unique skill sets, and then describe how they can make a name for themselves at Recursion.  You’ll also play a hand in communicating our unique approach and exceptional culture.  

Discover. We want people who are naturally curious subject matter experts. You will become immersed in the realm of the life sciences and technology and will know how to leverage Recursion’s standing as an employer of choice to multiple audiences.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business or a scientific discipline (preferred)
  • Proven experience successfully recruiting professional-level employees (experience working in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or tech industries is highly preferred)
  • A history of building and cultivating a network of short and long-term prospects
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience and a history of sourcing passive candidates by using all available tools (job postings, social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.)
  • Demonstrable creative thinking skills, intellectual curiosity and the ability to prioritize multiple searches
